Teke Teke (Hantu Penghuni Stasiun Kereta Api) (Part 2)

“Aaaaaaa!!” Kojima berteriak histeris sejadi-jadinya ketika menoleh ke belakang. Wujud itu kembali ia lihat. Wujud gadis dengan tubuh terbagi dua dan tangan menggenggam sebuah celurit bersimbah darah segar.

Michi berjalan lunglai sambil menundukkan kepala. Pikirannya melayang entah kemana. Tiba tiba seseorang menyapanya.

“Ohayou, Michi!” Rupanya Michi sudah kenal suara itu.
“Ohayou, Hiraru,” jawabnya malas tanpa menoleh orang yang menyapanya.
“Hei. Kau kenapa? Tak biasanya murung begitu. Kojima mana?”

“Kojima! Apa yang kau lakukan?” serunya kaget.

Kojima yang seharusnya berangkat sekolah malah mengemasi barang-barangnya kedalam koper sambil menangis.

“Kojima kau mau kemana?” Mama semakin panik dan bingung.
“Aku mau pulang ke Okinawa, Mah! Aku tidak mau mati..” jawabnya ngelantur seperti orang kehilangan akal sehat.
“Maksud kamu apa? Kita baru pindah.”
“Aku tidak mau bertemu hantu itu lagi!”
“Hantu? Hantu apa maksudmu?”

“Kojimaaaa!!”
“Pokoknya kita harus pulang!”
“Baik, Kojima. Kita pulang!”
Langkah Kojima terhenti.

***

Okinawa, sebulan setelah kepulangan Kojima.

“Bagaimana kau tahu tempatku?”
“Aku mencarimu, Kojima!” ucapnya seolah memaksakan diri mengucapkan kalimat itu.
“Michi mana?” tanya Kojima sambil celingukan melihat lihat ke belakang Hiraru.
“Michi pidah sekolah.”
“Kemana?”
“Paris.”

Tek Ke.. Tek Ke..
Tek Ke.. Tek Ke..
Tek Ke.. Tek Ke..

The Painting of Destiny

"Are you sure of this, Navan?" The old pirate stared at King Mannas' chief merchant. However, his bright emerald green eyes sparkled with laughter. "The information came from Daoud, one of my former crew members, when I was ravaging the coastal villages of Vyrone." Navan smiled at the expression crossing Gerrod's face, whose family had fled from one of these villages. The Iron Falcon was a legend and parents had always used the threat of its crew and its flaming-haired captain to scare naughty children into sleeping and behaving differently. Gerrod quickly recovered and smiled. "Then he must be a man to be trusted, indeed." "Ah!" cried Navan. "Daoud will take the coin from the mouth of a dead man while it is still warm. I trust him only because he knows the fate of him who lies to me." I may have made him captain when I decided to infiltrate King Mannas' court, but he still knows who is in charge. "We must tell ...
