Les pilotes suisses votent pour une éventuelle grève


 Les pilotes de SWISS International Air Lines (SWISS) ont voté dimanche en faveur d’une grève sur les conditions de travail si la direction ne présente pas une meilleure offre d’ici la semaine prochaine.


Plus de 93% des pilotes participants ont voté pour la grève possible, sur un taux de participation de 97%, selon l’association des pilotes Aeropers. Mais il a déclaré qu’il était toujours prêt à négocier avec le CEO de SWISS, Dieter Vranckx, et espérait une meilleure offre lors des discussions prévues les 22 et 23 octobre.


Le président d’Aeropers, Clemens Kopetz, a déclaré dans un communiqué que l’association cherchait une solution à la table des négociations et publierait des informations sur les prochaines étapes le 24 octobre.


Les deux parties sont en désaccord sur les termes de leur contrat de travail collectif.


La direction de la compagnie aérienne a résilié le contrat avec ses pilotes en février 2021 avec effet à la fin du mois de mars 2022. À l’automne 2021, il a entamé des négociations avec les pilotes, mais les pilotes ne sont pas satisfaits. Ils affirment que les offres faites par leur employeur à ce jour aggraveraient de façon permanente leurs conditions de travail.
